About Me

I was born and raised in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois, and began my acting career at the ripe age of five as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. From that point on, I was hooked.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from The Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA) at Roosevelt University, where I made my Auditorium Theatre debut in "VIVID: The Greenwood Tree," belting out Shakespearean love ballads.

Over the next several years, I performed with BrightSide Theatre, Lifeline Theatre, Quest Theatre Ensemble, Refuge Theatre Project, and Big Noise Theatre Company. I continued my training taking On-Camera courses while I spent most of my time running around an 18,000 square foot Ping-Pong Social Club managing multiple concurrent events, a team of 20-40, and pretending I had everything under control.

During that time, I discovered and fell in love with VoiceOver. Since then, I've voiced radio and internet ads, commercials, kiosk recordings, political ads, industrials, podcasts, animated films, and audiobooks. I have a home recording studio where I typically record in my pjs or workout clothes. ...it really is the best job!

I believe art is the most effective means to bridge barriers, teach empathy, and showcase the humanity in all people. My goal as an actor is to challenge viewers' indoctrinations, and inspire awareness, conversation, and activism through the stories I help tell.

When I'm not acting, you can find me: bike-riding, crossword puzzle-ing, paint pouring, hiking, reading, traveling (pre-COVID), cooking plant-based goodies, re-watching old episodes of Grey's Anatomy and The Office, eagerly awaiting the next season of The Handmaid's Tale, and spending time with friends and family.
